Description

These Grilled Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavor-packed, and perfect for summer BBQs or weeknight grilling! Marinated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and smoked paprika, then grilled to golden perfection and finished with melted Parmesan—every bite is bursting with bold, cheesy flavor.


Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• Wooden or metal skewers (soak wooden skewers 30 minutes if using)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken in the mixture until well coated.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

  • Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is fully cooked and charred.

  • In the last 2 minutes, sprinkle Parmesan over skewers and let it melt.

  • Remove from grill, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
