  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Fruit & Cheese:

  • 1 small pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 small apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz (115 g) brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

For the Topping:

  • 2 tbsp cranberry jelly
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
  • 1 tbsp toasted walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • Fresh arugula for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Flatbread: Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Assemble Flatbread: Arrange pear and apple slices evenly over flatbread. Layer with brie slices. Drizzle with small dollops of cranberry jelly. Sprinkle feta, rosemary (or thyme), and toasted nuts if using.
  4. Bake: Bake 10–12 minutes, until the brie melts and edges of flatbread are golden.
