Chili Honey Drizzle:
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

- Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toast walnuts: Spread walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 5–7 minutes until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
- Crisp flatbreads: Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil and bake for 4–5 minutes until just beginning to crisp.
- Add Brie: Top flatbreads evenly with sliced Brie and return to the oven for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is soft and melty.
- Top & finish: Sprinkle cranberries and toasted walnuts over melted Brie.
