- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)

- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Flatbreads:
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, halved
- 2 cups fresh greens (arugula, spinach, or mixed)
For the Dill Lemon Honey Feta Cream:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Stir in cumin, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 more minutes.
- Prepare the Feta Cream: In a small bowl, whisk together feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, dill, and olive oil until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Flatbreads: Warm flatbreads lightly in a skillet or oven. Spread a generous layer of dill lemon honey feta cream on each flatbread. Top with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and fresh greens.
- Serve: Drizzle extra feta cream over the top if desired. Serve immediately while flatbread is warm and crispy on the edges.
