  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 23 tablespoons water (to thin if needed)

For the Wrap

  • 4 large flatbreads or pita wraps
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Optional: pickled peppers or olives for extra tang

Instructions

  1. Cook the Lamb – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Add ground lamb, breaking it apart, and cook 7–10 minutes until browned.
  2. Season the Lamb – Mix in paprika, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Finish with lemon juice and stir well.
  3. Prepare the Feta Cream – In a blender or food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, chili flakes, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add water gradually to achieve a spreadable consistency.
  4. Warm the Wraps – Heat flatbreads lightly in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Assemble the Wraps – Spread a generous layer of spicy lemon honey feta cream on each wrap. Add cooked lamb, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley. Optionally, add pickled peppers or olives for extra flavor.
