  • 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored

Filling:

  • 6 ounces brie cheese, rind on or trimmed (cut into small wedges)

  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pears – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice pears in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the cores.
