Pears:
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
Filling:
- 6 ounces brie cheese, rind on or trimmed (cut into small wedges)
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pears – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice pears in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the cores.
- Arrange for Baking – Place pears cut-side up in a baking dish, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
