  • 3 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Filling

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Honey Glaze

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Extra crumbled feta
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Light drizzle of warm honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pears Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the pears in half lengthwise, scoop out the core, and place on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
  2. Add the Filling Mix feta, cranberries, walnuts, and honey. Fill each pear half with the mixture.
  3. Bake Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until tender.
  4. Make the Honey Glaze Heat honey, lemon juice, zest, cinnamon, and salt on low until smooth.
  5. Serve Drizzle pears with honey glaze, garnish with thyme, feta, pistachios, and serve warm.
