Description

A luscious no-bake banana cream pie meets creamy cheesecake in this dreamy dessert topped with bananas, whipped cream, and crushed cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 2 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk

 


Instructions

  • Mix graham crumbs and butter, press into a springform pan. Chill.

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and heavy cream until fluffy.

  • In separate bowl, whisk pudding with milk until thick.

  • Fold pudding into cheesecake mixture. Pour into crust. Chill 4+ hrs.

 

  • Top with bananas, whipped cream, and wafer

Notes

For firmer texture, freeze 30 mins before serving.
