Description

These Bang Bang Salmon Bites are crispy, juicy, and tossed in a creamy, spicy-sweet Bang Bang sauce that packs a flavor punch. Perfect for an appetizer, snack, or weeknight dinner, this easy salmon recipe is baked to perfection in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

For the Salmon Bites:

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets (skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, toss salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

  • Spread salmon in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice for the Bang Bang sauce.

  • Drizzle sauce over baked salmon bites and toss to coat, or serve it on the side.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the heat of the sauce with more or less sriracha.

  • Serve with rice, salad, or as an appetizer.

  • Can be air fried at 400°F for 10–12 minutes for a crispier finish.
