Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles or lo mein

  • 1/2 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

 

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced


Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, and sesame oil.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok. Sauté garlic, then add sliced beef. Cook until browned.

  • Toss in noodles and pour the sauce over. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until well coated.

 

  • Add green onions, red pepper, and sesame seeds. Serve hot!

Notes

  • You can swap beef with chicken or tofu for variation.

 

  • Add bell peppers, snap peas, or carrots for extra crunch.
