Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk, divided

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with half the can of sweetened condensed milk in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  • Stir in the vanilla pudding mix and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  • Spread the vanilla layer evenly into the prepared pan.

  • In a separate bowl, melt milk chocolate chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.

  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the vanilla layer and spread evenly.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours or until set.

  • Slice into 16 squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.

  • For best texture, use instant pudding mix only (not cook-and-serve).

  • Add a touch of sea salt on top if you like a sweet-salty combo.
