Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with half the can of sweetened condensed milk in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Stir in the vanilla pudding mix and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Spread the vanilla layer evenly into the prepared pan.

In a separate bowl, melt milk chocolate chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
