Description

These breakfast sliders are the ultimate morning indulgence — soft slider buns stacked with crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and a perfectly cooked egg, all topped with fresh herbs. The perfect breakfast sandwich for weekends or brunch parties!


Ingredients

  • 6 slider buns

  • 6 large eggs

  • 6 slices cheddar cheese

  • 6 slices cooked bacon

  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

 

  • Fresh chopped chives or parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  • Toast slider buns with butter on a skillet until golden.

  • In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up and season with salt and pepper.

  • Layer each bun with cheese slice, bacon, and fried egg.

  • Close the slider with the top bun and sprinkle with fresh herbs.

 

  • Serve warm.
