- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional drizzle)
Instructions
- Prepare the Flatbread – Lay the tortillas or flatbreads flat on a clean surface.
- Layer the Filling – Spread cranberry sauce evenly over each flatbread. Arrange slices of Brie cheese over the cranberry layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts and parsley evenly on top. Drizzle lightly with honey if desired.
- Roll and Slice – Carefully roll each flatbread tightly into a log. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1–1.5 inch pinwheels.
