Description

This Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Bread is the ultimate comfort food! Loaded with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and mozzarella cheese, all tucked into a warm, crispy bread loaf. A perfect party dish or game day snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of bread (French bread or Italian bread works well)

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center, creating a bread bowl.

  • Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, tossing until well coated.

  • Stuff the Bread: Stuff the chicken mixture into the hollowed-out loaf of bread. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.

  • Bake: Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is lightly toasted.

  • Garnish and Serve: Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with chopped parsley. Slice and serve warm.
