- 1 teaspoon olive oil (for drizzling)
For the Hot Honey
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
For the Almond Crunch
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Almond Crunch In a small skillet over medium heat, toast sliced almonds with butter or olive oil and a pinch of salt until golden and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Step 2: Make the Hot Honey In a small saucepan, gently warm honey over low heat. Stir in chili flakes and lemon juice. Keep warm.
- Step 3: Assemble the Burrata Bombs Place burrata balls on a serving plate. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Step 4: Add Hot Honey & Almonds Drizzle warm hot honey over each burrata ball. Sprinkle toasted almonds on top for crunch.
- Step 5: Serve Garnish with fresh arugula or microgreens if desired. Serve immediately with crusty bread or crostini for dipping.
