  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/41/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Toast the Walnuts: Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Add chopped walnuts and toast for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly golden. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Prepare the Hot Honey: In a small bowl, mix honey with red chili flakes. Let sit for a few minutes to infuse heat.
  3. Plate the Burrata: Place burrata in the center of a serving plate. Gently slice into the top to allow the creamy interior to slightly spill out.
