For the Burrata Bombs

- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Prepare the Pistachio Crunch – In a small skillet over medium heat, toast pistachios with butter or olive oil and a pinch of salt until fragrant and lightly golden, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Make the Lemon Honey – Warm honey gently in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice. Keep warm.
- Assemble the Burrata Bombs – Place burrata balls on a serving plate. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Add Lemon Honey & Pistachios – Drizzle warm lemon honey over each burrata ball. Sprinkle toasted pistachios on top for crunch.
- Serve – Garnish with fresh arugula or microgreens if desired. Serve immediately with crusty bread or crostini for dipping.
