Garlic Flatbread:
- 2 large flatbreads or naan (350–400 g total)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated (6 g)
Optional Toppings:
- Chopped fresh parsley or basil
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Extra chili crisp drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F / 220°C.
- Prepare flatbreads: Brush flatbreads with olive oil and garlic. Bake for 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Make burrata spread: Combine burrata, olive oil, chili crisp, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to create a creamy mixture.
- Assemble: Spread the burrata mixture on a platter. Arrange sliced garlic flatbreads around it.
- Finish: Top with parsley, sesame seeds, and an extra drizzle of chili crisp.
