Description

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

 

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix oats, milk, egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  • Stir in diced apples and pour into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.

 

  • Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve warm.
