- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate steak in lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, and spices for 2 hours.
- Grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Let rest before slicing. Serve with tortillas or rice.

- Use skirt steak for a more tender cut.
