Description

These cheese-stuffed bread rolls are soft, golden, and filled with gooey melted cheese—perfect as a side dish or savory snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)

  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella or cheese of choice, cubed

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

 

  • Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  • Flatten each dough piece and place a cheese cube in the center.

  • Fold dough over and seal edges to form a ball.

  • Place seam-side down on a baking tray.

  • Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and herbs.

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.

 

  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can freeze them before baking for easy prep ahead.
