These cheese-stuffed bread rolls are soft, golden, and filled with gooey melted cheese—perfect as a side dish or savory snack!
Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)

1 1/2 cups mozzarella or cheese of choice, cubed

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried Italian herbs

Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Flatten each dough piece and place a cheese cube in the center.

Fold dough over and seal edges to form a ball.

Place seam-side down on a baking tray.

Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and herbs.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
