Ingredients

Fruits:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 2 cups green apples, cored and diced

  • 1 cup red grapes, halved

  • 1 cup blueberries (optional)

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (optional)

  • 1 banana, sliced (optional, add just before serving)

Cheesecake Dressing:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2-3 tablespoons milk (to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  • Gently fold the cheesecake mixture into the fruit until evenly coated.

  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Serve cold, optionally topped with a sprinkle of granola or chopped nuts.

Notes

  • Add fruits like kiwi, mandarin oranges, or mango for variation.

  • To prevent browning, toss apple and banana pieces in lemon juice before mixing.
