- 12 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté cherry tomatoes until softened.
- Combine pasta, marinara sauce, chicken, and Italian seasoning in a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
