Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta shells (al dente)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup milk or cream to loosen if needed


Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.

  • Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  • In a small saucepan, combine glaze ingredients (except cornstarch slurry) and bring to simmer. Add slurry to thicken.

 

  • Slice chicken, drizzle with teriyaki glaze, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
