Description

These cheesy garlic breadsticks are the perfect appetizer or side dish, made with soft dough, gooey melted cheese, and a buttery garlic topping. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

 

  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about ½-inch thick.
  • Brush melted butter over the dough and evenly sprinkle minced garlic.
  • Spread mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the dough.
  • Sprinkle with oregano, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cut into strips and slightly separate them.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

 

  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • You can use pre-made pizza dough for convenience.
