- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about ½-inch thick.
- Brush melted butter over the dough and evenly sprinkle minced garlic.
- Spread mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the dough.
- Sprinkle with oregano, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut into strips and slightly separate them.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can use pre-made pizza dough for convenience.
