Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 steaks (sirloin or ribeye)

4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

Cook Potatoes: Boil cubed potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes until tender. Drain and return to pot.

Mash Potatoes: Mash with butter, heavy cream, sour cream, and half the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Cook Chicken & Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Season chicken and steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Cook steak 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.

Assemble Bake: Spread mashed potatoes in a baking dish. Place cooked chicken and steak on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
