Description

This Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread is buttery, garlicky, and loaded with gooey melted cheese! Made with soft bread pieces baked to golden perfection, it’s the perfect appetizer or side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 loaf of crusty bread (French or sourdough)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Cut the bread into a crisscross pattern, without slicing all the way through.
  • Mix butter & garlic: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and oregano. Drizzle into the cuts of the bread.
  • Stuff with cheese: Fill the crevices with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Bake: Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until golden and melty.

 

  • Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick!
  • Use cheddar or gouda for a different cheesy twist.
