Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

  • 2 cups cooked white rice

  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease.

  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef with rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Assemble Casserole: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese.

  5. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
