Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 12-15 mini meatballs (pre-cooked)

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Roll out pizza dough into a large circle. Place mini meatballs in a ring around the edge.

  • Fold dough over the meatballs and pinch to seal, forming a stuffed crust.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella in the center and top with extra meatballs.

  • Brush the crust with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
