- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chopped cherries
- 1/2 cup streusel topping (flour, sugar, butter mix)
- 1/2 cup cherry glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in chopped cherries.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and top each cookie with streusel.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden.
- Drizzle with cherry glaze and let cool.
