Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas 
- 
1 cup grilled chicken breast, cooked and sliced 
- 
1 ripe avocado, diced 
- 
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese 
- 
½ cup shredded lettuce 
- 
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped 
- 
¼ cup ranch dressing 
- 
½ teaspoon garlic powder 
- 
½ teaspoon smoked paprika 
- 
Juice of 1 lime 
- 
1 lime, cut into wedges (for serving) 
- 
Salt and pepper to taste 
- 
1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling) 
Directions
- 
In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheese, lettuce, cilantro, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ranch dressing, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until everything is well coated.

Lay the tortillas flat and evenly distribute the filling between them. 
- 
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly to form burritos. 
- 
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 
- 
Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and lightly crisp. 
- 
Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
