Description

This Chicken Avocado Wrap is a fresh, quick, and satisfying meal packed with juicy chicken, creamy avocado, crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner, this easy wrap comes together in minutes for a nutritious, delicious bite.


Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded (about 1 cup per wrap)

  • Ripe avocado, sliced (1/4 to 1/2 avocado per wrap)

  • Flour tortillas (large, burrito-size or medium)

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Ranch dressing (or preferred dressing)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Prepare and slice or shred the cooked chicken.

  • Slice the avocado and remove the pit.

  • Dice the tomatoes and shred lettuce if not pre-shredded.

  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.

  • Lay tortillas flat and layer with shredded lettuce.

  • Evenly distribute chicken over the lettuce.

  • Add avocado slices on top of the chicken.

  • Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with ranch dressing.

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap. Slice diagonally if desired. Serve immediately.
