  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Dressing
    In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Step 2: Combine the Salad
    In a large mixing bowl, add cooked chicken, diced pear, toasted pecans, celery, red onion, dried cranberries (if using), and parsley.
    Pour the yogurt dressing over the mixture.
    Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
