Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix buttermilk with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken tenders, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. -
Prepare the Breading:
Combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper in a separate bowl. -
Heat the Oil:
Heat about 2 inches of oil in a skillet or pan to 350°F (175°C). -
Coat the Chicken:
Remove chicken from the marinade, shake off excess, and dredge in the flour mixture, pressing to coat. -
Fry the Tenders:
