Ingredients

Instructions

Make the Strawberry Purée:

In a saucepan, cook strawberries and sugar over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until softened.

Mash with a fork or blend until smooth. Let cool completely.

In a chilled bowl, beat heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and the cooled strawberry purée.
