Description

These no-bake Chocolate Orange Balls are a naturally sweet, zesty, and wholesome treat made with Medjool dates, almond flour, cocoa powder, and fresh orange zest. Perfect for healthy snacking, holiday platters, or a quick energy boost without refined sugar or baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • Zest of 2 oranges

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • A pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  1. Blend Dates:

    • Place pitted Medjool dates in a food processor and pulse until a sticky paste forms.

  2. Mix Ingredients:

    • Add almond flour, cocoa powder, orange zest, orange juice, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the processor.

    • Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  3. Add Texture:

    • Transfer mixture to a bowl.

    • Stir in shredded coconut and chopped almonds until evenly mixed.

  4. Form Balls:

    • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls using your hands.

    • Place on a parchment-lined tray.
