Crust:
- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice

Topping:
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
- Orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs and butter, press into a pan, and chill.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, zest, and juice until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream separately and fold in.
- Pour over the crust and chill for 4 hours.
- Top with caramel, chocolate drizzle, and orange slices.
Notes:
- Use blood oranges for a richer color.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
