Description

A citrus-infused cheesecake with a silky caramel topping and a dark chocolate crust.


Ingredients

  • Crust:

    • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
    • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Filling:

    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 tsp orange zest
    • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • Topping:

    • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
    • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
    • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter, press into a pan, and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, zest, and juice until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream separately and fold in.
  4. Pour over the crust and chill for 4 hours.
  5. Top with caramel, chocolate drizzle, and orange slices.
