Description

These Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake Bites are the ultimate holiday treat—rich, creamy cheesecake with a chocolate wafer crust, infused with peppermint and topped with melted chocolate and crushed peppermint candies. Perfect for Christmas parties, dessert trays, or festive gifting!


Ingredients

  • 250 g chocolate wafer crumbs

  • 120 g butter, melted

  • 225 g cream cheese, softened

  • 400 g chocolate-flavored sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 0.5 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 90 g semisweet chocolate chips

  • 3 teaspoons vegetable oil

  • 30 g crushed peppermint candies


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 165°C (325°F).

    • Line 18 muffin cups with foil baking cups.

  • Prepare the Crust:

    • Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter.

    • Press mixture into prepared cups to form crusts.

    • Bake for 6 minutes; let cool for 30 minutes. Keep oven on.

  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:

    • Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

    • Add sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, and peppermint extracts. Mix until smooth.

    • Divide filling over crusts.

  • Bake the Cheesecake Bites:

    • Bake 20–25 minutes until set.

    • Cool completely, about 1 hour. Remove foil cups carefully.

  • Add Chocolate Drizzle:

    • Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in microwave (15-second intervals).

    • Drizzle over bites and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.

  • Chill:

    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
