- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Make the Crust: Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter, press into a pie pan, and chill for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and spread over the crust.
- Top & Chill: Arrange strawberries on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
