Description

These chocolate swirl cookies are soft, buttery, and have a beautiful blend of milk and dark chocolate swirls on top!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate

 

  • 1/2 cup melted milk chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  • Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  • Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.

 

  • Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies and swirl using a toothpick.
