These chocolate swirl cookies are soft, buttery, and have a beautiful blend of milk and dark chocolate swirls on top!

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup melted milk chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies and swirl using a toothpick.
