1-2 tbsp milk (to thin, as needed)
Instructions

Make the Blondie Batter:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment.

In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until combined.

Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
