- 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Add-Ins:
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Combine ingredients: Mix macaroni, tuna, celery, red onion, relish, parsley in a bowl.
- Mix: Fold everything together with dressing until coated.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve: Stir and garnish with paprika. Serve chilled.
