  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine ingredients: Mix macaroni, tuna, celery, red onion, relish, parsley in a bowl.
  4. Mix: Fold everything together with dressing until coated.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve: Stir and garnish with paprika. Serve chilled.
