- 6 tablespoons ice water

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Make Dough: Mix flour, butter, and salt until crumbly. Add water and knead into a dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cook Filling: Brown beef with onions and garlic. Add seasonings, broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thick.
- Assemble Pie: Roll out dough, place in a pie pan, fill with meat mixture, and cover with another layer of dough.
