These Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders are golden, crunchy, and coated in a sticky, sweet, and garlicky glaze. A delicious homemade take on a classic favorite!

For the Chicken Tenders:

 

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:

    • Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and paprika.
    • Dredge each tender in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the Chicken:

    • Heat oil in a pan and fry tenders until golden brown and crispy (about 4-5 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
  • Make the Sauce:

    • In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add honey and soy sauce, simmering until thick.

 

  • Coat & Serve:

    • Toss the fried chicken tende

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, double-fry the tenders.
  • Serve with a side of honey mustard or ranch dressing.

 

  • Can be baked at 400°F (200°C) for a healthier version.
