Description
This classic tiramisu is creamy, rich, and filled with layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, finished with cocoa powder.

- 1 cup brewed espresso
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla.
- Whip heavy cream and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in a dish.
- Spread mascarpone mixture over them. Repeat layers.
- Chill for 4 hours, dust with cocoa, and serve.
Notes
- Use decaf espresso for a caffeine-free version.
