Ingredients
For the Cake:

Instructions

Prepare the Cake:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture in three additions, alternating with milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans and smooth the tops.
