Description

This Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon is a luxurious seafood dish featuring juicy salmon fillets filled with a creamy, flavorful stuffing of lump crab, shrimp, cream cheese, and herbs. Baked to perfection, it’s an easy yet elegant meal ideal for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, Old Bay, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
3️⃣ Pat salmon dry. Cut a pocket into each fillet without cutting through.
4️⃣ Stuff each fillet with the seafood mixture.
5️⃣ Place salmon on a greased baking sheet or in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.
6️⃣ Bake 18–20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7️⃣ Serve hot with extra lemon if desired.

Notes

Great served with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
