Description

Indulge in the rich, savory comfort of Creamy Beef Tortellini Alfredo—a quick and hearty pasta dish made with tender beef tortellini, a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce, and perfectly seasoned ground beef. It’s a weeknight dinner winner packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef tortellini (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 lb ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

  • Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan and mix until melted and smooth.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

  • Toss cooked tortellini in the sauce until well coated.

  • Stir in butter, remove from heat, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use Italian sausage instead of ground beef for added spice.

  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra texture and nutrition.

  • Great served with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
