Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine or egg noodles

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook the Noodles:

    • Boil noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.

  • Make the Sauce:

    • Mix in sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.

  • Combine and Finish:
