Ingredients

2 cups (200 g) grated fresh coconut or unsweetened shredded coconut

1 can (395 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut milk.
3️⃣ Cook, stirring constantly, for 15–20 minutes until the mixture thickens and starts pulling away from the sides of the pan.
4️⃣ Stir in vanilla extract, if using.
5️⃣ Pour into a greased dish or spoon into small paper cups.
6️⃣ Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For extra texture, use fresh grated coconut if available.
